Still no hot water. It has been over a week now. I put in an urgent claim with the tribunnal, but that means I have to serve the papers to the real estate agent. That will have to wait until Saturday.
I rang the estate agent at 9.00 this morning wanting to get this sorted today. They never called me back. I rang through out the day but the guy I have to speak to is always busy.
If it goes to the tribunnal then I can claim compensation for the inconvenience. I think I deserve that after a week of scabbing showers off friends or heading to the swimming pool to use their facilites. A week of boiling the kettle to wash up and not getting any laundry done.
